SPECIAL DELIVERY: RUTH'S PATIENT GARDEN

I had the joy of delivering this large commission to a beautiful home in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, nestled right near the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The homeowner had patiently waited through a long remodel, dreaming of the perfect piece to complete her space — and I’m honored she chose one of mine.

She first saw my work nearly three years ago at the Howard Alan Longboat Key Art Festival and snapped a photo of a piece she loved. Though not ready to purchase at the time, she held onto that photo, and through a bit of internet sleuthing, found me again just in time for this commission. The colors and flow of this floral titled, “Ruth’s Patient Garden,” were perfect for her newly renovated “haven in the woods.”

I was enroute to restock work at Gallery Veronique, a gallery that shows my paintings in Cincinnati, and the timing worked out perfectly for a hand-delivered moment.

Now I’m heading home to Florida to dive back into the studio and create more for my beautiful, patient collectors.
