Milwaukee’s Lakefront Festival of Art (LFOA) is celebrating 61 years! Consistently one of the most highly rated art festivals in the country, LFOA is an outdoor festival that continues, rain or shine, on the magnificent shoreline of Lake Michigan on the grounds of the Milwaukee Art Museum.

For three days, LFOA proudly features 150 professional fine artists across 15 disciplines, providing visitors with an opportunity to meet and purchase art from a wide variety of talented artists from across the country. Each year, this treasured event welcomes more than 16,000 art-loving attendees!

Presented by Friends of Art (FOA), a support organization of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Milwaukee Art Museum, net proceeds from this event are used by FOA for exhibitions and the acquisition of art for the Milwaukee Art Museum; to cultivate leaders and volunteers in support of the Milwaukee Art Museum; and to promote awareness and appreciation of the Milwaukee Art Museum and the visual arts.
